At AyuCare, we strive to provide high-quality products and a satisfying customer experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact. Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with will not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers
- Perishable or consumable goods once opened
- Products without original packaging
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear images or videos of the product (in case of damage or defect)
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
4. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
5. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped after the original item is picked up or returned.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return after delivery as per the return policy.
