Shipping Policy – AyuCare

At AyuCare, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to order processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. Order Processing Time  

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our logistics partners for delivery.

2. Shipping Charges  

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In some cases, we may offer free shipping on prepaid orders or promotional offers. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee.

3. Delivery Timeline  

Estimated delivery time is:

- Metro cities: 3–5 business days  

- Non-metro cities and rural areas: 5–8 business days  

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen delays.

4. Order Tracking  

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to track the real-time status of your shipment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)  

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected locations across India. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. Repeated failed COD attempts may lead to restrictions on future orders.

6. Delivery Attempts  

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If the order is undelivered after repeated attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details  

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. AyuCare is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address or contact information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages  

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately. If accepted, please record an unboxing video and share it with us within 24 hours for resolution.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control  

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, AyuCare is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
